Ares Tube is a Windows program that is simple and easy to use. From the Ares Tube embedded browser, you can download and save music, films, videos, music videos and more from sites that you might use the most such as, YouTube, DailyMotion, Metacafe, Google Video and more. By browsing to one of these sites and locating the desired video clip, Ares Tube allows you to download and save it directly to your desktop. Upon download, Ares Tube will automatically convert your saved video clips to a local format such as MPEG, IPOD or MP4, making them playable on your iPod or external devices.
Alternatively, Ares Tube makes it simple for you to export downloaded videos automatically to iTunes. Just browse to the desired video and click “Add to download list”. When you are ready, click on “Download” so that the selected files can be processed. Even if you don’t have an iPod, you can still watch your videos on iTunes.
